Care & Cleaning

Covers are removable and machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water with your preferred detergent and allowing covers to air dry.

Warranty

Limited lifetime warranty on the frame and spring system against manufacturing defects. Seat cushions are covered by a 5-year limited warranty against loss of resiliency, excluding normal softening. Other general parts are covered for 1 year, with labor and shipping covered during the first year. Normal wear and tear, fading, pilling, stretching, accidental damage, pet damage, misuse, and improper cleaning are not covered.

Delivery & availability

We offer White Glove Delivery, including delivery inside your home, setup in the room of your choice, and packaging removal.

Delivery fees range from $100–$260, depending on the distance from our showroom. Your exact delivery price will appear at checkout after you enter your address.

Most pieces can be delivered within 1–2 weeks, or we can hold your order for a later date if needed.
