Care & Cleaning

Seat and backrest covers are removable and machine washable. Spot clean other upholstered areas as needed.

Warranty

Limited manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects. Coverage varies by component: upholstery, fabric, cushion cores, and finishes are covered for 1 year; sleeper mechanisms for 3 years; and reclining mechanisms for 5 years. Frame and structural coverage varies by product. Labor is generally covered for the first year. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper cleaning, pet damage, and accidental damage are not covered.

Delivery & availability

We offer White Glove Delivery, including delivery inside your home, setup in the room of your choice, and packaging removal.

Delivery fees range from $100–$260, depending on the distance from our showroom. Your exact delivery price will appear at checkout after you enter your address.

Most pieces can be delivered within 1–2 weeks, or we can hold your order for a later date if needed.
