$2500 Furniture Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor. Modulove Furniture, 3124 W Carroll Ave, Chicago, IL 60612 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and live within 40 miles of the Sponsor’s showroom at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period. The giveaway begins November 5, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends November 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

4. How to Enter. Complete the online entry form at modulovefurniture.com/pages/giveaway during the Promotion Period. Entry forms are also available in the Sponsor’s showroom at 3124 W Carroll Ave, Chicago, IL 60612. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries, entries made using multiple email addresses or phone numbers, and automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Referrals. An entrant may list the name and phone number of the person who referred them in the “Who referred you?” fields of the entry form. Listing a referrer does not affect the entrant’s own chances of winning.

6. Winner Selection.

• First Winner: On or about November 12, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries.
• Second Winner: The person named as the First Winner’s referrer, matched by the phone number provided, will be the Second Winner, provided that person also submitted a valid entry during the Promotion Period and meets all eligibility requirements. If the First Winner did not list a referrer, or the listed referrer did not submit a valid entry or is not eligible, Sponsor will randomly select the Second Winner from all remaining eligible entries.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Prizes. Two (2) prizes, each a Modulove shopping credit with an approximate retail value of $2,500, good toward furniture available in the Sponsor’s showroom. If a winner made a purchase from Sponsor during the Promotion Period, the winner may instead choose a refund of that purchase, up to $2,500. Prizes must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any amount over $2,500 is the winner’s responsibility, and any unused balance is forfeited. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and may receive an IRS Form 1099.

8. Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random.

9. Entry Offer. Every entrant receives a discount code for $100 off a purchase of $999 or more, valid through November 30, 2026. One use per customer. Cannot be combined with other offers. The discount code is not a prize and is not awarded by chance.

10. Publicity. Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

11. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer this giveaway and as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants agree that Sponsor may contact them by phone, text, or email about this giveaway. Marketing messages are sent only to entrants who opt in, and entrants may opt out at any time.

12. General. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor affects its fairness. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

13. Release. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.

14. Social Media. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

15. Governing Law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

16. Winners List. To request the names of the winners, send an email to support@modulovefurniture.com by December 31, 2026.
